Owner · Quantum IT Pros

Hi, I'm Steve Keyros

I run Quantum IT Pros and I'm the person you'll talk to when something needs fixing, securing, or setting up properly—for a small business, a growing team, or a home setup that should not require a computer science degree.

Direct support from an experienced point of contact

I'm based in Port Richey and work with businesses and individuals across Tampa Bay and Pasco County. Quantum IT Pros is a registered DBA of Quantum Toolset LLC—the brand I use for practical IT support, endpoint care, Microsoft 365 work, and scoped projects.

I built this practice so neighbors and owner-led businesses have a dependable technical contact who understands their environment, follows the work through and explains what changed.

Professional background

I've spent over 15 years supporting business IT environments—the kind where email has to work on Monday, patches cannot be ignored forever, and someone eventually asks where the backups went. My day-to-day work includes:

  • Windows workstations and servers, including Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Microsoft 365 and Entra ID—accounts, email, MFA, sharing, and secure defaults
  • Security and patching—practical hardening, update hygiene, and sensible monitoring
  • Backups and recovery—planning, verification, and restore checks that are actually run
  • Automation and documentation—small scripts, repeatable fixes, and notes the next person can follow
  • Projects—migrations, cleanups, onboarding standards, and technology improvements with a clear finish line

I hold the Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator certification, which reflects focused work on Entra ID, access controls, and the identity side of Microsoft cloud environments. I also maintain CompTIA A+ for foundational hardware and day-to-day troubleshooting work.

Why I started Quantum IT Pros

Quantum IT Pros gives local businesses and individuals direct, practical IT help shaped around the size and needs of their environment. That can mean resolving a specific problem, improving Microsoft 365 and device management, completing a focused project or providing ongoing support as the business grows.

The work is grounded in small, deliberate improvements: clean accounts, sensible defaults, documented changes, and fewer surprises for the people relying on the systems. When a job requires specialist expertise, such as telephony, line-of-business software or formal compliance auditing, I coordinate with trusted partners so the right expertise is involved.

What working with me is like

You work directly with me from the initial conversation through the actual work and follow-up. I explain options in plain language, keep notes you can forward to a partner or office manager, and scope engagements so you know what is included before we start.

Most support is handled remotely. On-site visits are available across the Tampa Bay area—including Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough—when the problem needs hands-on time, a site walk-through, or equipment that cannot leave the office.

That can mean a one-time project, scheduled support blocks, or month-to-month care when ongoing patch hygiene and a steady contact make sense. Personal IT is available for home users on a separate, pay-what-you-want basis; business work is quoted and scoped through Quantum IT Pros.

Talk directly with Steve about what you need.
