1. Overview
These Terms apply to SMS alerts and IT services provided by Quantum IT Pros (Quantum Toolset LLC). By opting in to SMS or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Statement.
2. Message content & frequency
SMS messages may include service updates, device health alerts, reminders, or support information. Marketing messages are not sent without prior consent. Message frequency varies; standard message and data rates may apply.
3. Opt-in / opt-out
Opt-in may be collected verbally during onboarding or support intake. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
4. IT services
Scoped support, projects, and ongoing care are provided under separate agreement or written scope. We coordinate specialized work (telephony, compliance audits, LOB apps) through partners when appropriate.
5. Liability
SMS delivery depends on carrier availability. Quantum IT Pros is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. IT services are provided with reasonable professional care; specific warranties or SLAs apply only when explicitly agreed in writing.
