What you get
A straightforward path from a consumer address to a domain-based identity such as bob@bobshandyman.com—without building a full IT environment.
- One business mailbox on a domain the business controls (one paid mailbox).
- Up to two additional addresses routed to the same mailbox (for example, aliases such as info@ or estimates@).
- MFA configured on the new mailbox before it goes into daily use.
- Business-owned administration and recovery: administrator access, recovery methods, and ownership details are configured and documented for you.
- SPF, DKIM, and appropriate initial DMARC configuration to support authentication and reduce spoofing.
- Forwarding from one accessible existing address, where supported, during the transition so you do not miss mail.
- Basic setup on one computer and one phone (scheduled remote setup).
- A basic transition checklist so you know what to update after cutover.
What you still pay separately—and who owns it
- Domain registration: often around $10–$25 per year for a typical .com.
- Email service: commonly around $4–$9 per person, per month for an entry-level business mailbox.
The domain and email subscription are purchased through accounts controlled by you, using your payment method. Quantum IT Pros does not retain ownership of the domain or permanent administrator access as part of this one-time setup.
A website is separate and is not required just to use a domain email address. Check renewal pricing—not only introductory first-year offers—before choosing a registrar or provider.
Good fit
This package is for a clean, one-person setup. You are a good fit when:
- You are one person needing one paid mailbox on your own domain.
- You have access to your current email account and can sign in when needed.
- You have access to an existing domain, or you are ready to register a normal, available domain name.
- You do not need historical email migration—forwarding from one existing address during transition is enough.
- You need setup on one computer and one phone (basic configuration, not open-ended device support).
- You can complete scheduled remote setup with screen sharing or guided steps.
- Your email environment is not damaged, locked, inherited, or disputed.
