Quantum Review
Microsoft 365
Annual administration & continuity review. Know who can recover your Microsoft 365 tenant before it becomes an emergency.
A niche annual check for small tenants—documented access, continuity basics, and a prioritized summary. Not day-to-day managed IT.
Why this exists
Many small businesses run fine on Microsoft 365 until something breaks—an owner leaves, a phone is lost, a domain expires, or nobody remembers who has global admin. This review is meant to surface those gaps before they become a crisis, and to leave you with documentation someone else can follow.
A proper review also establishes a justified, documented path for delegated administrator access when you want a trusted partner involved—without handing over the keys blindly.
What we review
- Global admin and break-glass access: who holds it, how recovery works, and whether emergency paths are documented.
- MFA and sign-in security: whether privileged accounts and everyday users are protected appropriately.
- Admin roles: who has elevated access and whether assignments still match reality.
- Domain and DNS continuity: who owns the domain, where it renews, and whether mail-related DNS is coherent.
- Licensing and subscriptions: what you are paying for and what is tied to renewal dates.
- Backup and retention snapshot: whether key data has a recoverable path—not a full backup audit, but a sanity check.
What you receive
- A written summary of findings in plain language.
- Prioritized recommendations—what matters now vs. what can wait.
- Notes on continuity risks (access, domain, recovery) you can keep on file.
- A clear scope boundary so you know what was—and was not—part of the review.
Good fit
- You already use Microsoft 365 and want an annual sanity check, not a full MSP contract.
- You are unsure who could recover the tenant if the usual person is unavailable.
- You want a documented basis for delegated admin or partner access.
- Your tenant is small—typically a handful of users, not a complex enterprise.
Out of scope
- Day-to-day user support or help desk coverage.
- Incident response or emergency break-fix.
- Major migrations, tenant rebuilds, or open-ended remediation.
- Unlimited policy changes throughout the year—that is ongoing support or a project.
Pricing is quoted per tenant based on size and complexity. The first conversation is about fit and scope—not a generic rate card.
